Upon becoming a new patient, clients are seamlessly onboarded to begin the essential process of completing their initial lab work. Once the clinical team at Optimal Body & Health receives the results, an in-depth appointment is scheduled to review the findings.
During this pivotal strategy session, the practitioner will conduct a thorough investigation into the core elements of the client’s well-being. This includes a detailed analysis of nutrition, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress management.
Collaborating closely with the client, the Optimal Body & Health team will then craft a fully personalized strategy designed to achieve health goals as efficiently and safely as possible. This comprehensive plan may include targeted lifestyle modifications, nutraceutical support, and, where appropriate, safe and effective prescription regimens such as peptide therapy.
To ensure sustained progress and long-term success, Optimal Body & Health provides ongoing support through scheduled follow-up consultations. These sessions are typically held every 6-8 weeks, or on an as-needed basis tailored to each client’s individual plan.
During these follow-up appointments, the practitioner will:
